In a context of growth and industrialization, ALEDIA is looking for a M/F Legal Director to create a position.
This permanent position is based on our Champagnier (38800) site (teleworking possible but need for regular presence on site).
Remuneration will be determined at the end of the recruitment process based on profiles (diploma, expertise, seniority).
Role and responsibilities
Under the responsibility of the CFO, the Legal Director will be responsible for structuring Aledia's Legal Department to bring it into its industrialization and commercialization phase over the next 3 years.
Your missions will be as follows:
- Establish the Legal Department within the company
- Lead daily legal execution (contracts, corporate, compliance, etc.)
- Lead contract negotiations with customers, suppliers, partners, etc.
- Manage corporate affairs, in particular supporting the company's fundraising and strategic partnerships
- Advise on legal aspects of business life with the aim of reducing lawyer costs.
- Recruit and manage a team of 1 to 2 lawyers
Training and experience
- Holder of a BAC+5 in Business Law or equivalent, you have at least 10 years of experience, including 5 in Legal Department, within an industrial company.
- Experience in a technology company is additional.
Skills
- You have good communication skills.
- You are recognized for your work ethic, integrity, and proactivity.
- You have an ability to understand business needs to balance with legal risks.
- You have a professional level of English.
- Agility, ability to adapt in a changing and demanding environment.
