Technical System Sales

Responsibilities: Ensure all quotations and orders are prepared and submitted as per schedule commitments. Once purchase orders are received, you will prepare all purchase orders for the equipment and provide drawings for the shop fabrication and assembly of the pump and motor base. Prepare final document package once complete. Execute a full technical review and select appropriate pumping equipment to meet client specifications provided in the Request for Quote (RFQ). Prepare comprehensive quotations for submission. Work directly with represented manufacturers to obtain technical information, project pricing and special requirements. Requirements: Preferred qualifications include post-secondary education in a technical mechanical discipline, a CET designation, or a combination of relevant education and experience in the mechanical industry, specifically with a focus on rotating equipment. (Ideal Studies: Mechanical Engineering Technology Diploma or Instrumentation Engineering Technology) Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills Proficient in written communication for effective correspondence with customers Proficiency in Microsoft office 365 and experience in dealing with ERP systems (for example SAP NetSuite – Oracle, among others) Total rewards: Competitive salary, bonus and benefits package Fully in-office opportunity working alongside experienced colleagues The opportunity to work in a full-time permanent position at the Edmonton or Calgary office for one of Canada's leading fluid handling services companies.
