My client is currently seeking a Purchase Ledger Clark to join their busy office. Parking on site and a paid days holiday for your Birthday!
This is a full-time permanent position.

Salary: £24,000 - £25,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm


Main Responsibilities:
  • Daily reconciliation
  • Managing the accounts department email box
  • Checking nominal codes and resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Checking and monitoring purchase ledger
  • Accurately enter supplier invoices into the accounting system.
  • Ensure invoices are matched to purchase orders and delivery notes where applicable.
  • Handle discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders or delivery notes.
  • Prepare payment runs, ensuring timely payment of supplier invoices.
  • Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details.
  • Maintain accurate and organised records of all transactions.
  • Due to our clients location, you will need to have access to your own vehicle.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous experience in a purchase ledger or similar finance role.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
