Responsibilities

• Dealing with customer enquires via telephone and email correspondence.
• Logging jobs onto inhouse systems.
• Data Entry duties.
• Liaising with engineers on a daily basis.
• Creating new accounts for clients.

 
Requirements

• Confident telephone manner
• Previous experience in an office-based role. (essential)
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
