IT Service Assurance Lead

I'm looking for a new IT Service Assurance Lead / IT Services Delivery Manager for a growing company, and your profile looks great, are you interested in new opportunities at the moment? This is an important new role to ensure important IT services are aligned to key business functions and departments. You will manage and maintain key business relationships across 3rd party suppliers and the business to ensure effective delivery of end-to-end services. This will include ensuring support and escalations are handled effectively to meet the requirements of the business and the external environment, and championing the delivery of continually improving and optimised IT services.
