ABOUT THIS ROLE:The Xsolla Webshop team is looking for a passionate Product Owner to work on the company's product In-Game Services - a service of monetization for games.We connect millions of users and games worldwide. We help players get the fastest return on their game investment. And for games, we help attract more players around the world. Our team develops new ways of monetization, creates different types of items (virtual items, virtual currency, game keys, physical items, bundles), manages catalog (prices, regional settings, promotions) and player inventory, customizes solutions for partners and faces other non-trivial tasks.If you're full of ambition, not afraid of difficult tasks, ready to develop and want to work in the video game industry - this position is for you.ResponsibilitiesProduct Management:-Identify the needs of new users and work with current users of the product-Track the development of the market and offer options for product development-Form and maintain a product development roadmap-Keep up to date and prioritize tasks in the product backlog-Communicate the product development strategy to the team-=-Be part of a product development team and participate in building a product culture-Identify and minimize product development risks, discuss risks with the team and Stakeholders-Initialize and directly participate in interviews with the target audience-Work on product metrics improvement-Data-driven / experiment-driven backlog management experienceTeam Management:-Create a team from scratch (onboarding, retaining)-Support the professional growth of employees through the accumulation of knowledge and experience-Work with the strengths and weaknesses of team members-Build a culture of collective responsibility for commitmentsRequirementsExperience as a Product Owner / Product Manager / Game Producer 3+ yearsLeadership and ability to lead a teamAdvanced level of English languageUnderstand and apply agile product management methodologies like Scrum and AgileAbility to work and be flexible in a fast pace environmentGood To HaveExperience with in-game monetizationExperience with gaming platforms as a publisher or developerYou are well versed in the game peculiarities of the markets of various regions (USA, Asia, Europe)Experience in E-commerceWe welcome applicants from any location.ABOUT XSOLLAXsolla is a global video game commerce company with a robust and powerful set of tools and services designed specifically for the video game industry.
