Bathroom fitter Location: Walsall and Surrounding Areas (10-mile radius) Sector: Social Housing Projects Employment Type: Full-Time Start Date: Immediate Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bathroom fitter to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will work on various social housing projects within a 10-mile radius of Walsall, performing a range of maintenance and repair tasks. Key Responsibilities: Doing Bathroom fitting on council properties Diagnose and rectify faults and do any maintenance or repair tasks Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations. Liaise with tenants and colleagues in a professional manner. Complete all necessary documentation and reports related to work carried out. Requirements: Proven experience in a Bathroom fitting, preferably within the social housing sector. Strong skills in at least three of the following trades: plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling, painting, decorating, and electrical work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid UK driving license. Own tools and reliable transport (MUST BE A VAN). Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
