• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
• ACLS needed
• 100 CABGs per year plus TAVR, LVAD, ablations etc
• CVT PA/NP first assist w/ EVH Maquet, chest tubes, central lines, admissions & discharges
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed

From $100.00 to $135.00 hourly
