Senior Chef de Partie

What you will do As the Senior Chef de Partie in one of the hotel's two restaurants you willwork in one of the hotwls two restaurants, working closely with the Head Chef to contribute towards producing new and exciting menus. With standards across the hotel already high the expectation to keep these standards and dining experiences while offering a more relaxed, family dining experience. Skills and Experience required * Experienced as a Chef de Partie * The ability to constantly perform well in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment * Excellent organisational skills to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly * In-depth knowledge of all the sections in a kitchen * Creativity and superior culinary skills to create exceptional dishes * Ambitious individual * Knowledge and experience of kitchen processes ie hygiene standards * The ability to get quality food out in a timely maner Benefits * Salary £28,000 - £33,000 a year depending on experience * Working in an award winning establishment * Onsite Parking * Pension
