Job Description:Job Description Hiring Construction General Labor for one of our clients in Scarborough, ON. Fluent in Spanish and English Responsibilities:Ability to do physically demanding tasks such as heavy lifting, lengthy standing or walking, or pushing or hauling large objects or suppliesHelp with insulation, plasterboard, tape and mud, steel stud framing, wood framing, painting and plasterboard.Demolition, finishing cement, restoring concrete, and removing forms.Understanding of the procedures, techniques, machinery, supplies, and tools utilized on a building site.Use heavy equipmentParticipate in site inspections and actively promote the development of an onsite culture of health and safety by setting an example for others.Obey supervisory orders to carry out manual labor responsibilitiesMake sure to clean and properly store all tools and equipment for construction.Observe directions and work both individually and as a team. REQUIREMENTS:Construction or Painting experience (1-3 years)Valid G license with clean abstractMust have valid work permitFluent in Spanish and EnglishOther valid health and safety certifications will be an assetExperience in concrete forming, pouring, and finishing will be an assetMust have knowledge of hand tools and power toolsConfidence to practice safe work procedures and comfortable working at heightsValid WHMIS Training Job type: Full-time Shifts: 9:00 am-5:30 pm Monday-Friday Interested candidates may contact 416-710-9689/ [email protected] Job ID: 25250201___________________Employd Group
