Location: Plymouth Position: Commercial Testing Electrician Benefits: Up to £40,560 ( £37,128 without 2391 ) / Travel paid minus 30mins either side / 1 in 6 on call with £100 Standby / Daily Lunch Allowance / Van We have been delivering our services for over 35 years and currently employ over 100 engineers and 50 office staff across the country from Birmingham down to the South Coast. We supply commercial gas and electrical services to a wide range of clients which include Green King pubs, Premier Inns, Brewer Fayres and many more. Due to our ongoing workload and further contract wins, we are recruiting heavily for Commercial Electricians to do testing and maintenance across our commercial sites. Responsibilities Perform regular testing and inspection of electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair. Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for electrical systems and equipment. Diagnose electrical problems using blueprints, wiring diagrams, and testing devices. Perform necessary repairs on electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, switches, and other electrical components. Prepare detailed reports on electrical testing, inspections, and maintenance activities.Essential Qualifications / Experience: NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent 18th edition Full UK drivers licence 2391 or equivalent (DESIRABLE - BASIC PAY 37,128 WITHOUT) Package: 40 hour working week £40,560 Callout 1 in 6 Callout & Overtime paid at time + half Standby £100 Travel paid over 1 hour £5 tax free lunch allowance per day (minimum 5 hours worked) 20 + 8 holidays Van Pension Mobile If you would like to discuss this role in more detail please contact #Becky on (phone number removed) or
