Class 2 Drivers Urgentley Required.
 

Premier Placement Services urgently require Class 2 Drivers for temp-to-perm and temporary positions for our logistics company in Stoke-On- Trent

Role and Responsibilities

• 
  
• Driving a 18 tonne curtainside on a Pallet Line  Network. 
• Transport goods and materials to designated clients in a safe and timely manner.
• Conduct vehicle inspections before and after each trip.
• Comply with all traffic laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of driving hours and working time directive (WTD).
• Report any incidents or accidents to the client.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• 
  
• HGV Class 2 licence.
• Valid CPC card.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good time management skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points. No DR or DD Offences.
• Physical ability to perform handballing duties as required.
• Previous pallet line experience an advantage.

Working Hours and Pay:

• 
  
• Monday to Friday.
• Day shifts.
• £13.50-14.03 per hour.
• Holiday pay on top.
