Quantity Surveyor - Bespoke High End Residential

Are you capable of running multiple projects? * Established over 20 years this company specialise in unique Prime residential developments. * This company are dynamic and ambitious and offer exceptional quality to their clients * Projects include Heritage and High End Residential refurbishments, up to £25m project value * The company have been awarded new projects from a key client and require an ambitious Quantity Surveyor * All projects are bespoke and they have an outstanding portfolio of work Role * You will have full Commercial responsibility for multiple projects. * Report to a Commercial Manager and have full autonomy to manage all the Commercial aspacts of your projects * Liaising with the client and consultants involved in the project. Person specification * Have excellent communication skills and have a proven history of developing long term client relations. * Must have high qualit refurbishment experience * Experience with a reputable contractor. * Good with relevant paperwork and documentation. * Be professional and work to resolve any problems efficiently.
