Estimator Role  We currently working on a role for a Estimator with experience working in main contracting new build & refurbishment.  Our client is one of the largest multidisciplinary main contractors in the UK and have worked on multimillion pound projects throughout their history.  The team is a growing, diverse, and collaborative organisation committed to engaging stakeholders, obtaining development consent and preparing the project for the start of construction. About the role: The successful candidate will have responsibility for all Tenders/Bids and will work closely with our main contracts estimating teams and will attend client interviews. The candidate must have a solid understanding of the Fit out Contracting industry. This post offers a very good opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the company. To check design submissions from consulting engineers & contractors To check specifications tender and working drawings etc. on projects and give advice to delivery teams Prepare reports.Experience/Requirements Must be qualified to at least HND level Have a minimum of 10 years experience in building services through consultancy/contracting A comprehensive knowledge of current building regulations Show you have achieved stable employment with the same company/group for three or more years. No freelancers/job hoppers will be considered. Professional qualifications and/or institute membership desirable. Ability to provide good references.
