A small, close knit Independent Project & Building Consultancy is looking to add an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to their new office in Leeds. The Quantity Surveyor Role The successful Quantity Surveyor will join two other Quantity Surveyors and a wider team of 8 Project Managers & Building Surveyors working on a broad range of interesting projects including Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Residential, Commercial, Office and Industrial. This role would suit an independent Quantity Surveyor eager for more responsibility and autonomy, away from any micromanagement and the red tape of a large corporation. This could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious individual eager for rapid progression to a Senior Quantity Surveyor role. The Quantity Surveyor The incoming Quantity Surveyor will have: A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally MSc or BSc in Quantity Surveying) Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy Pre & Post Contract experience MRICS is highly desirable but not crucial The ability to run projects from inception to completionIn Return?
