Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing technology company in Bristol, where you will be responsible for managing complex incidents, providing technical support, and maintaining clients' infrastructure.
- Provide 3rd line support, managing complex incidents and resolving problems
- Act as an escalation point to 2nd line team
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in providing 3rd line support in a fast-paced environment, excellent understanding of M365 suite, Azure, and Windows Server, and knowledge of Cisco Meraki.
