Education Recruitment Consultant

EdStaff have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team and take over a warm education desk at our office in Newton-le-Willows.The ideal candidate will have previous experience of recruitment, although education specific experience is not essential. Edstaff is a well-established Education Recruitment agency covering the north west of England. Your main role will be to source and recruit teachers and other educational staff to meet the demands of schools in the areas we cover. You will manage requests from schools, finding suitable teachers for the post, and following through to a successful outcome. The right candidate will be motivated, organised, enjoy building relationships, have a will to succeed and friendly!
