Warehouse Operative

Temp to Perm Opportunity  The process involved in converting an order into finished product is the supply chain. This role is focused on the warehousing and dispatch element of this process. A key aspect of this role is to ensure the goods picked for dispatch are the right product, in the right quantity and at the right time, working as part of the Operations team. Must have your own FULL DRIVING LICENSE Main Responsibilities of Job: Receiving goods into the warehouse Carrying out visual checks on goods to make sure they are completely intact before unloading from a vehicle and accepting receipt Receive the goods onto the SAP system and pass all paperwork to QA or Finance (for stock and non-stock items respectively) Despatching goods to the customer making sure the packaging is clean and safe, and the pallet is labelled correctly Pick raw materials for production and complete the pick to fully allocate the materials ready for manufacturing, making sure to rotate stock according to FIFO (First in, first out) Day to day stock control of raw materials, finished goods, packaging and consumables If you are a reliable and hardworking candidate and believe you are suitable for this role, please contact me immediately (phone number removed) or email: (url removed)
