Key Activities & Accountabilities * Attending all new jobs allocated by dispatch and Team Managers to include all domestic and commercial perils * Identify and follow through on new business opportunities in area * Ensuring Company and quality procedures are adhered (Simplicity, Health& Safety, Quality Procedures) * Carry out moisture surveys and drying techniques as required * Prepare equipment for use and ensure instruments used are calibrated * Liaise with customers/loss adjusters/builders/insurance companies/policy holders etc * Reviewing and making recommendations for new methods and techniques with Team Manager sharing knowledge and experience * Ensure van is equipped, clean and serviced according to manufacturer’s guidelines * Ensure ‘live time’ inputting of reports in line with quality procedures * Update ‘live jobs’ on a weekly basis * Ensure own, and others, health and safety and ensure that technicians are fully trained on all aspects relating to their role * Maintain a visit log for monitoring of jobs and effective forward bookings * Organising and supervising subcontractors or additional technicians/agency labourers * Continue professional development through the Gateway to Success framework achieving a minimum standard of Proficient as detailed Benefits as a Property Damage Restoration Technician * Competitive salary * 25 days holiday * Annual bonus scheme * Employer pension contribution * Annual Christmas party * Seasonal flu jabs * Employee Assistance Programme * Wide range of development and training * Dress down Friday * Team building events… Do you feel you meet the criteria for the position of Property Damage Restoration Technician?
