Builders Cleaner (CSCS)

Job Title: Builders Cleaner Job Description: We are looking for a diligent and hardworking Builders Cleaner to assist with cleaning duties on construction sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the site is clean, safe, and ready for handover by removing debris, cleaning surfaces, and making sure that the finishing touches are in place before project completion. Key Responsibilities: * Clean and prepare newly constructed or renovated buildings and sites, ensuring they are presentable and safe. * Remove debris, dirt, and dust from construction areas, including floors, walls, ceilings, and windows. * Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment to deep clean various surfaces, including tile, wood, and metal. * Clean and polish fixtures, such as windows, doors, and hardware. * Dispose of construction waste and materials safely, following site protocols. * Ensure that the site is ready for inspections, handovers, and occupancy. * Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe work environment for all workers and visitors. * Work closely with the site manager and construction teams to address any specific cleaning needs or challenges. Qualifications: * Previous experience as a cleaner, particularly in a construction or industrial setting, is preferred but not required. * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. * Ability to handle physical work, including standing for long periods, bending, lifting, and carrying materials. * Knowledge of cleaning products, chemicals, and safe cleaning practices. * Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. * Reliable, punctual, and with a strong work ethic. * Possession of a valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) How to Apply: Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume and call Lee for more information
