Our scale, strong connections within health ecosystems across leveraging the world, and ability to leverage Sanofi’s capabilities make us the best place to push the boundaries of medicine through technology.We are building Digital R&D products developing outstanding capabilities that will participate in new drug discovery together with scientists, in trial efficiency and cycle time reduction, leveraging Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence.Remote working: 2 days remote working, 3 days on siteMain responsibilities:Your key responsibilities will be Agile Adoption and Leadership:Coach and mentor teams in adopting agile principlesFoster a culture of continuous improvement and outcome-driven decision-makingProduct Development CoachingGuide sustainable cadence in product developmentBring agility into product discovery and Lean UXLearning from data and take decision from itCollaborative MindsetSupport collaboration between cross-functional product teams (PO, Full-Stack Developers, Data Professionals, UX/UI) & business stakeholdersRemove impediments for continuous flow and improvementStrategic AlignmentCollaborate with product management for vision and strategy alignmentFocus on delivering meaningful outcomes for customers and the businessEvent FacilitationFacilitate events as necessaryAs a Scrum Master, You will be the "team servant leader and coach" to enable delivery of the best product possible every sprint.Experience:Experience in effectively coaching Product Owners to scale products across multiple countries and stakeholdersSoft skills:Proven expertise in Agile product management and continuous product discoveryStrong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, backlog management, and release planning for achieving significant outcomesExcellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills for effective coaching and team influenceAbility to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environmentsTechnical skills:Solid knowledge of Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI and Application Design & IntegrationEducation:Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent scientific fieldLanguages: EnglishWe provide a highly collaborative environment, with an opportunity to work with a world class team.
