You will play a vital role in promoting effective communication skills among students and help them overcome communication challenges. As a SENDCo Support Assistant, you will have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Empathy and compassion towards others Ability to work effectively in a team environment Experience of working with pupils on the Autistic Spectrum is preferred.
