As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers, ensuring that individuals receive high-quality care and support that meets their needs and promotes their independence. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement care plans, and will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of these plans.
