The Transparency International Secretariat is seeking a motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join the People and Culture Team as a People Business Partner (m/f/d). As part of a small team providing human resources support to TI Secretariat (TI-S) with 130+ international staff, you will be responsible for partnering with team/s to implement People & Culture programs and initiatives in line with HR strategy. You will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment and support the staff needs of your teams and the organisation as a whole. We're looking for someone who loves to work with people from around the world and whose values align with TI's mission of fighting corruption across the globe.Team: People and CultureReporting Line: Head of People and CultureBand: salary according to TI-S internal salary structure; for this position corresponding to band PF2 a salary starting EUR 42,000.00 gross per year depending on relevant experienceStarting Date: as soon as possibleContract Duration: Currently we can offer an employment contract limited for a duration of 2 years.
