Business Development Manager Are you ready to take your career to the next level in the HVAC and ventilation industry? If you have at least one year of sales experience and a proven track record in business development within the ventilation hygiene, indoor air quality, LEV testing, or fire damper/door testing sectors, we want to hear from you! We are looking for someone with stellar negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities who can build rapport with clients at all levels. Exceptional organisational and time management skills are a must. This role offers an attractive OTE of £45-60k and the flexibility of hybrid working, providing a fantastic opportunity to showcase your sales expertise while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. As a key member of our business development team, you'll be instrumental in driving growth and expanding our well-established client base. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and target new business opportunities within the ventilation hygiene, indoor air quality, LEV testing, and fire damper/door testing sectors. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. * Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients. * Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and expanding market share. * Stay up to date with industry advancements and best practices, effectively communicating these to clients and internal stakeholders. Requirements: * At least one year of experience in sales within the ventilation hygiene, indoor air quality, LEV testing, or fire damper/door testing sectors. * Strong understanding of industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels. * Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with exceptional organizational and time management skills. * Eager to learn and grow continuously.
