Quantity Surveyor – Northamptonshire/Midlands – Salary up to £55k + car allowance We are working with a rapidly growing nationwide highways contractor specialising in street lighting, traffic signs, technology and more, who are looking for people to grow with them. They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team working on a contract for National Highways. Working from their offices in Northamptonshire, you will be commercially managing multiple schemes across the country from £10k up to £2m under the supervision and guidance of a Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will be responsible for ensuring clear and accurate budgets and accounts are produced and will attend client meetings to aid in forging strong and effective relationships. You will also liaise with internal departments to ensure the contract is completed within its projected budget. They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who is ideally Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying with a background in civil engineering. Contracts used are NEC Contracts so you will need to have experience of administering these. You will be great at prioritising effectively, and a strong communicator.
