How you'll succeed: Understanding and documenting requirements - Drive strategic alignment by collaborating closely with key stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements and processes. Solution design – Contribute to the design and development of comprehensive solution, that aligns with the organizational goals and objectives. Leveraging the capabilities of Microsoft SharePoint Online platform to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Implement innovative approaches and utilizing advanced configurations, workflows, and integrations to enhance the records management practices. Work closely with technology and business architects to implement and integrate structured/unstructured data repository. Conduct testing to ensure solutions meet performance and standards. Communication - Excellent verbal and writing skills to effectively articulate ideas and opinions that involve analysis, processes, and technology solutions to others with different disciplinary backgrounds. Ability to produce a variety of business documents that demonstrate command of language, clarity of thought and orderliness of presentation. Who you are: You have a minimum of 3 years + experience in a similar position (It’s an asset if you have experience with Agile methodologies, and Application and/or Architecture Development). Therefore, they should have technical expertise but also BA-type of qualifications. Provided that a candidate has this kind of skillset and a curiosity to learn, the knowledge of records management is not as important.Here are some quick thoughts as to the type of experience we are looking for:• A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, and an accredited qualification in management consultancy, or similar.• 5+ years experience in technical business analysis in a related industry.• Experience analyzing the design of technical systems and business models.• Experience identifying and analyzing business needs.• Advanced knowledge of data security and encryption.• Ability to keep up with data, technology and records advancements.• Exceptional communication skills toward facilitating the use of new solutions.• Establish specifications for new projects by developing project goals, phases, and budgets.• Experience creating use-cases for technology implementations.• Understanding of the data lifecycle and requirements for managing data throughout the lifecycle.• Understanding of records management concepts and principles.• Knowledge of data warehousing and data lake strategies.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Analytical mindset.
