Prospero Teaching is looking to place a KS2 Primary Teacher in a long-term/perm role at a GOOD School in South Dorset The successful candidate will: · have a passion for Primary Education and KS2 · have a passion for working with students · be able to plan and deliver high quality teaching · have excellent communication have the ability to embrace and contribute to the vision of the Department and school · be able to build relationships quickly · show respect to others and be able to embrace the ethos and values of the School · be positive, optimistic, caring, kind and approachable · be willing to be immersed in the life of a busy and successful school · have the ability to support, challenge and inspire our students, encouraging them to achieve the best they can through the promotion of outstanding teaching and learning CONTRACT DETAILS · Location - South Dorset · Position - KS2 Teacher · Type of work - Long Term Supply · Contract or position start date - 02/09/2024 · Duration / Likely Duration - Academic Year · Contract or position end date (if applicable) - July 2025 · Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm) - Temp to Perm · Full time/part time - Full time · Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate GBP168 per day · Hours - 8:20 am - 4pm EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS · ECT or QTS teaching Primary · Minimum 1 year experience of working with children or young people in the UK · Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: · Hold Right to Work in the UK · Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application · Provide two professional child related references that cover the last 2 years
