All About Pho is looking for a F/T Restaurant Manager.

• NOC Job Code/Title: 60030 - Restaurant Manager

· Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

· Wage: $26.50~$29.00/hour (depending on experience)

· Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties:

· Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant

· Determine and implement operational procedures

· Recruit staff and manage staff training

· Manage staff work schedules and monitor performance

· Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed

· Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and supplies

· Balance cash and complete balance sheets and related forms

Job requirements:

· Experience: 2-3 years of experience in food service sector is required

· Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
