We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented manager to lead our Professional Services team within our Business Development organization. This manager will own the development, delivery, and execution of the professional services team to drive results internally and with external parties. This Manager has a significant impact on Intuit’s results by developing and executing innovative services that drive breakthrough customer benefit and material growth across the Intuit platform. In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to the strategy of the professional services function and leading a team of seasoned professionals to deliver across the professional services mission of creating value by solving our customer’s biggest problems and enabling change by creating and enabling innovative solutions. Responsibilities Responsible for delivering on the Key Performance metrics which include Voice of Customer metrics like NPS and productivity metrics such as time utilization while influencing business metrics through the customer successfully embracing, using, and recommending our products. Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic direction for the Professional Services vision and designing the Professional services delivery models. Coordinate and manage the Professional services roster to deliver to the Business Development team’s strategy including but not limited to customer engagements, consultancy, webinars, events, customer trainings, implementations, etc. Use data and analytics to drive business decisions around the delivery of professional services. Build a high-performance, highly engaged organization, leading and developing members of the team with operational rigor and a process improvement mindset. Lead and participate in customer-facing meetings and events. Minimum Requirements +5 years of experience managing and leading professional services teams. Proven experience in leading teams servicing the Mid-market. Strong Professional Services experience. Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Proven experience as a cross-functional leader, preferably in a tech environment, and have managed a high-performing team with strong analytical skill sets. Strong bias for action with the ability to balance short and long-term priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong stakeholder management - Ability to influence and manage in a matrix environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
