Accounting Manager / Senior Manager Hallisey & D’Agostino, LLP – Wethersfield, CT Established in 1972, Hallisey & D’Agostino, LLP is a full-service public accounting firm offering a wide array of accounting, tax, and advisory services to individuals and small to mid-size closely-held businesses located throughout Connecticut and the surrounding areas. Responsibilities: Plan, supervise, and lead financial statement audit, review, and compilation engagements (predominantly review and compilation) Maintain active communication with clients throughout the year Mentor and train staff Assist with accounting standards implementation and other quality control projects Assist with business advisory services and ad hoc projects Requirements: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Accounting CPA license/certificate required Public accounting experience Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and research skills Proficiency in various computer applications including MS Office and audit/accounting software Business and individual tax preparation/review experience a plus Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary with bonus potential Benefits include PTO, paid half-day Fridays all summer, health & dental insurance, life insurance, 401(k) plan with Roth option and generous match Numerous in-house and external continuing professional education opportunities Free parking, real work/life balance, and a great work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $115,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
