Job Title: Commercial Director Head Office: London Projects: Manchester/London Package: £110k - £130k plus car allowance and bonus Skilled Careers are working with a Residential Main Contractor who are looking for a Commercial Director to manage multiple High Rise projects valued up to £100m. You would be working for a company that boasts an impressive turnover of £500m and due to excellent growth looking for a Commercial Director to join the team. Responsibilities Managing multiple High Rise Residential projects across the UK which include Manchester, London and Leeds. You will be responsible for multiple site teams and ensuring projects are completed to a high standard. Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve company goals and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of commercial initiatives Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and provide coaching and feedback Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with legal requirements What is in it for you? £110,000 - £130,000 Car Allowance Bonus Travel Covered Requirements Experience within the High Rise Residential sector.
