The Role As the driving force behind Chailey Heritage Foundation corporate and major donor strategy, you'll: * Help shape ambitious targets and strategies. * Secure financial and in-kind support from corporate partners and major donors. * Build a robust pipeline of corporate and major donor prospects * Identify new opportunities through research and networking. * Cultivate and manage relationships with business leaders, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate partners. * Lead high-profile events and create memorable experiences that deepen donor engagement. Skills and Qualifications Skills and Experience: They need someone who can think big and act boldly: * A track record of securing high-value donations and managing six-figure income targets. * Experience of managing a six figure income target and developing fundraising strategies and plans * Exceptional networking skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. * Experience creating innovative fundraising strategies and bespoke stewardship plans. * An entrepreneurial spirit with a strategic mindset and the ability to deliver results. * Able to work occasional evenings and weekends, which will be recompensated.
