Head of Block Management – Residential Estate Agency Location: Brighton, BN1 Salary: £70k Position: Permanent – Full Time   We are delighted to be working  with a prestigious client in the Brighton area. This award-winning company is a market leader and is looking for a driven and tenacious Head of Block Management to join their team.   About the Role: As Head of Block Management, you will have full autonomy and will play a crucial role in driving the business forward. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of property managers, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, and leading major works projects.   Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Property Managers Liaise with leaseholders effectively Conduct site visits in Brighton & Hove areas Set and manage complex service charge budgets Oversee and lead Major Works projects Drive the business forward through proactive management What We Are Looking For: IRPM qualification  Extensive block management experience Strong experience in team management and supervision Familiarity with Section 20 Notices Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent telephone manner and a positive attitude Highly professional and well-presented Knowledge of Brighton and surrounding areas is beneficial Full UK Driving License is essential Skills and Attributes: Articulate with excellent communication skills Ambitious, self-motivated, and well-presented Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency Ability to manage and motivate a team Ability to build long-term relationships with leaseholders and contractors Benefits: 5-day working week (Monday - Friday) (Early close on Friday with Cocktails from 4pm!)
