Engineer (IE) in Biology (M/F)

It consists of a Hospital Group and a Research Center of more than 1000 employees with a strong international representativeness.The objective of the Research Center is to develop basic research and to use the knowledge produced to improve the diagnosis, prognosis, and therapeutics of cancers as part of the continuum between basic research and innovation serving the patient. The successful candidate will join the group led by Isabelle Janoueix-Lerosey working on the biology of neuroblastoma, a tumor of young children within the lab of Olivier Delattre. The goal of the team is to better understand tumor biology to decipher novel therapeutic strategies for neuroblastoma patients. The successful candidate will be involved in various projects of the team, working on different mouse and human samples.Missions- Cell culture, transfections, treatment of cells in culture with various drugs- Cytometry analyses / cell sorting- Western blotting, immunoprecipitations- Data analysis and communication of the results at laboratory meetingsTraining and experience requiredThe candidate should hold an engineering or master’s degree in biology and have at least 3 years of professional experience.Skills requiredExperience with cell culture, FACS/immunohistochemistry and mouse experiments (Level 1) is mandatory.
