Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Support Apprentice to join our dynamic sales team. This apprenticeship role is designed to provide comprehensive training and hands-on experience in sales support functions, with the opportunity for career growth within the company. The successful candidate will assist the sales team in managing customer relationships, processing sales orders, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the sales department. Key Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and inperson interactions. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. * Assist in the preparation and processing of sales orders, quotations, and contracts. Ensure all documentation is accurate and upto-date. * Maintain and update customer records and sales databases. Ensure all information is accurately recorded and easily accessible. * Conduct research on potential clients and market trends to support the sales team's efforts in identifying new business opportunities. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies. Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the sales department. * Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends. * Assist in the analysis of sales data to identify areas for improvement. * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your sales skills and knowledge of the plant hire industry. Requirements: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent organizational and time management abilities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Enthusiastic and eager to learn * Customerfocused with a positive attitude
