You will need to inspire politicians, funders, the media, developers, and communities.As Head of Marine Conservation, you will lead our ambitious efforts to address the current climate and nature crisis at sea. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate exceptional organisational and resourcefulness skills, possess great attention to detail, and exhibit confidence in public speaking. Your passion for our cause must shine through these skills.You will be a crucial part of our team, collaborating effectively and facilitating collective efforts to achieve our new and exciting vision. We are looking for someone who has experience working constructively with fishing and other commercial interests and is prepared to engage in robust discussions about reversing marine biodiversity loss.Knowledge of Cornwall and the UK’s marine environment, the marine planning system, and marine protected areas is essential.
