Interpret findings and make recommendations based on industry standard IT management processes.Design, develop, create and maintain visually intuitive, appealing and interactive dashboards, reports and visualizations using tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms.Prepare and brief senior level management, effectively communicating complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other external organizations in the performance of responsibilities and duties.Required Experience/Skills/AttributesBachelor’s in computer science, data science, related field, or equivalent work experience3-5+ years of work experience in data management and analysisDesired Experience/Skills/AttributesPrior work experience in governmentITIL v4 FoundationsISO 20KSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
