SALES VALUER – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Polegate, BN26
Salary: OTE £55k
Position: Permanent – Full Time

We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled and charismatic estate agent – preferably a candidate who has Property Valuation / Market Appraisal / Listing skills to work within an established, highly professional, independent Estate Agency with offices in the Polegate area.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, driven and personable with an excellent track record bringing houses to market, gaining and winning new instructions and helping to drive a property sales business forward.
You will also have the ability to build rapport, maintain long term business relationships and spot business opportunities. You need to be able to work independently as well as being part of a successful team.
Previous experience in residential Estate Agency at Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator level is essential and the company may consider a candidate who would see this as a promotional opportunity if they can demonstrate the right attitude and motivation.

Skills: The skills required for this Sales Valuer (Estate Agent) role will include:
- Experienced residential estate agent
- Listing / Valuations experience
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Polegate area helpful
- Full Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
