Support Worker

We are currently Recruiting Temporary Support Workers for our clients in and around Trowbridge! This is a temporary role on an ad hoc basis, you will be covering sickness and holidays for our clients in the Wiltshire area. The Role! For this particular client you will be working across a variety of supported living services in and around Trowbridge. You will be supporting individuals with varying needs from individuals with learning difficulties and physical disabilities, to individuals who display behaviours that may challenge. You will support each service user in a person-centred way, always promoting choice as your number one priority, and following care and support plans to enable you to give the very best support and enable each individual to lead the most fulfilling lives. You will understand that each service user has differing needs and you will provide support with all aspects of their daily lives from, morning routines and shopping to assisting with banking and attending appointments and attending clubs and social activities.
