A unique London Cost Consultancy with a diverse workload are seeking a bright Assistant Quantity Surveyor with a strong measuring background to join their expanding office just south of the river, near London Bridge station. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Role The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will initially work with the bills of quantities, using CostX to measure in the first instance. Along with this, the Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be working on some interesting residential projects within the private sector, carrying out a traditional PQS role from inception through to completion. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Completed a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or similar 12+ months Quantity Surveying experience Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment Measuring / BoQ experience is a must Basic quantity surveying knowledge Comfortable using CostXIn Return? £30,000 - £40,000 Pay review after 3 months 25 days annual leave + bank holidays APC support Professional training and membership costs Pension Diverse work experience Healthcare Flexible workingIf you are a Quantity Surveyor considering your career opportunities, then please contact Daniel Foster at Brandon James.
