Building Services Manager - Healthcare/Residential

IMMEDIATE START We are looking to employ a full time BSM on one of our client's projects in Surrey for the next 9 months. The Project is an £85m residential/healthcare centre with multiple M&E services including all the communal & specialised areas, Café, restaurant & SPA M&E systems. A bias towards Mechanical engineering with a good understanding of Electrical installations would be desirable. The role will include the coordination of the installation of Mechanical and Electrical services and management of on-site M&E Sub-contractors. You will also be tasked with technical submittals and have an input into any design changes on site. Preferably degree educated or a minimum HND level in a relevant field with a good level of experience working for at least 5 years within main contracting/house building.
