We are looking for a full-time Construction, Project Manager with a minimum of 3 years experience.
Duties include:
- Evaluating daily operations; planning and organize daily operations;
- Preparing and submitting construction project budget estimates;
- Planning and preparing construction schedules and monitor progress;
- Preparing contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements;
- Establishing and implementing policies and procedures for quality control;
- Selecting trade subcontractors and co-ordinate their activities;
- Planning and managing budgets;
- Directing the purchase of building materials; planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating daily operations.
$46.00 - $48.00 per hour.
Special consideration will be given to the various underrepresented groups.
