If so, we look forward to hearing from you!  Inside Sales Representative, Corporate RJS Craft Winemaking Reports To: National Strategic Sales Manager Job Summary: Responsible for providing our corporate customers with exceptional customer service including taking orders in a timely manner, troubleshooting any issues that may occur, ensuring that all documentation is accurate, follow up is completed in a timely manner, and upselling and cross selling customers as required. Key Responsibility % of Time: Process sales orders/credits accurately and in a timely manner, including follow up with order confirmations, inform out of stocks, delivery information, and make recommendations (upsell) and substitutions. Collaborate with demand planning and production to ensure stock availability for customer group. 30% Ensure all customer calls are answered with courtesy and respect, ensuring customers receive exceptional consistent service. Manage customer inquiries, complaints and requests in a timely manner, reaching out to the appropriate person if they need additional information. Maintain an appropriate call pattern and schedule for a predefined group of corporate accounts to meet and exceed sales targets 30% Collaborate with National Strategic Sales Manager, Sales Supervisor and Brand Manager to inform customers of new products, marketing updates, and overall business or industry updates. 20% General administrative duties including maintaining customer records, filing, administration of customs documents, invoice processing, and account or item set ups with corporate vendors 20% Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required /100% Qualifications: Minimum Required: High School Diploma 2-3 years of Inside Sales experience 1-2 years’ experience in customer service Valid driver’s license Preferred: College Diploma Package good (wine) grocery retail experience Proficient use of JDE, Excel, and Salesforce.com WSET and/or Wine certifications Working Conditions: Office / home office environment Extended periods of visual/mental concentration Daily repetitive tasks Must be able to sit for long periods of time Special Conditions: Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively What we offer:  Competitive salary and bonus Benefits and Pension Plan Product Allowance An organization that cares about Corporate Social Responsibility Tuition reimbursement  Training & Development Programs  An opportunity to learn about the world of wine COMPENSATION: Budgeted Range – $52,472 - $67,905 The budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements. Base pay is only one component of the total rewards offering at Arterra.
