Contracts Manager

Contracts Manager required for Refurbishment Contractor operating in Hampshire on projects ranging from £250k up to £2.5m. This is a permanent position, with oversight of 3-5 projects at any one time and reporting to a Construction Director.  The suitable individual would need to possess Contracts Management experience across Refurbishment projects, demonstrating tendering, planning, programming, delivery and client management abilities. Ability to work closely with QS's to manage and report on project costs, carry out inspections and ensure works are being completed in accordance with health & safety regulations.  A key component of this Contracts Manager role would be to effectively liaise and manage relationships with architects, building control officers, client representatives and sub-contractors alike. Works will predominantly be Internals, on tight deadlines and often within live environments, hence refurb experience being essential.  Recap of experience expected:-  - Refurbishment - Planning / Programming  - Running multiple jobs overseeing SM/PMs on each  - Client / Stakeholder Management  - Business Development / Project Winning knowledge  - Cost Control   - Managing H&S across multiple projects Minimum certification needed:-  CSCS, First Aid, SMSTS Certificate Relevant industry degree would be advantageous
