They are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join their team, covering the Northampton area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a market-leading brand and provide exceptional service to our customers.   Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on forklifts and other materials handling equipment at customer sites. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to ensure optimal performance of equipment. Provide preventative maintenance services to minimise downtime for customers. Maintain accurate service records and complete all required paperwork. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, delivering exceptional service and support. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all service operations. Work independently and manage your own schedule efficiently. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar role (experience with forklifts or plant equipment is advantageous). Hold a qualification in Mechanical engineering or related field.  Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Valid UK driving license.
