Electrical Manager

Our client a M&E sub contractor are currenlty lookign for a Electrical Manager for a large project in Southampton, the project is set to run for 2 years and is a commercial fit out aswell as phase 2 which is a commercial new build. We are lookign for a Electrical Manager who can start within 4 weeks. Electrical Manager Duties: * Ensure that each project is properly planned so that materials and resources are available * Set out jobs from drawings and specifications and establish the requirements of a project and necessary installation materials, ensure compliance and test systems/ Certification * Assist with H&S Preparation and implementation * Attend site visits * Assist with Estimating / Tendering the Electrical Elements of a Project * Accept responsibility for the proper completion of jobs and if required supervise other operatives as well as liaising with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers when necessary * Manage own workload, and that of the Electrical team and sub-contractors to ensure that client commitments are met in a fast-paced environment * Work weekends/Out of hours if and when required * Oversee and manage small project Work * Manage the Commissioning and Test Electrical Systems & equipment & issue relevant certification * Manage the Electrical team and ensure they conform to high standards For the Electrical Manager position the offer is £50k - £60k + package 22days holiday Please apply and a member of the team will be in touch
