As an integral part of our engineering team, you will help build our innovative SaaS tool that allows companies to measure and track their Carbon and ESG data, set reduction goals and report on progress towards a cleaner future. More specifically, this includes: Evolve the Core ProductYou will participate in every stage of the development life-cycle, from design to production. You will implement end-to-end features from data models to back-end and UI development, ensuring a seamless user experience. Be a Team PlayerYou will actively participate in team meetings, review and provide feedback on pull requests and code changes, and collaborate on the technical design of significant features. Act as Infrastructure GuardianYou will build, set up, and maintain our development tools and infrastructure, automate and improve development and release processes, and ensure that our systems are secure and resilient against cybersecurity threats. Pursue qualityYou will make incremental, well-tested changes and improve and extend the QA processes. What do I need to bring? Glad you asked. This is who we’re looking for: Qualifications Master's/Engineer's degree in computer science You have at least 3+ years of software engineering experience with React/Typescript and Ruby on Rails (or similar frameworks) You have experience working on complex systems at large scale Ability to juggle multiple priorities with minimal supervision Qualities You have a “user first” mindset Passion for problem-solving, creating solutions, and building products You are very focused on code quality and have a rigorous testing culture Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and autonomous Excellent communication skills and a strong team player Committed to our mission of creating a better future for all of us What’s in it for me?
