Job Title: Plumber/ Fitter Location: PE29 Hinchingbrooke Pay rate: £16.76 per hour Days: 37.5 hours per week Mon till Fri 08.00hrs till 16.30hrs Start date: Available immediately Length of contract: Initially 12 Weeks GI Group Recruitment are now recruiting for an Plumber/Fitter for our Public Sector client on an interim basis. Your duties will cover a range of maintenance work including planned and reactive maintenance, servicing, specialist testing, fault finding and repair of equipment and installation work. You will oversee others on fault-finding, repairs, maintenance, and installation of complex plant. Main duties of the Plumber/Fitter To Diagnose any faults. Criteria BTEC National Certificate or Diploma or Advanced Modern Apprenticeship (NVQ level 3 with key skills) in Heating and Plumbing Completion of a structured training program in heating or plumbing for a minimum period of 3 years. IOSH Working Safely Desirable not essential. AP trained Desirable not essential. To be thorough and pay attention to detail. Have the ability to work well with others. Have the ability to use your initiative. The ability to use, repair and maintain machines and tools.
