Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and assess residents' health, responding to changes or emergencies Develop and implement personalized care plans Work closely with residents, families, and the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate medical records and documentation Qualifications:
